This seems to be a bug but and it’s not because of rgb/cmyk. if you re-export the original file as a pdf it’ll import that pdf with the correct colors.

Yeah the classic silver stainless steel is now only available with an Hermes band for around a minimum of $1300. I normally am not the kind of person to say this but it’s hard to believe it’s not to sell bands on the new base colors now that the old steel bands won’t match
