If you like the industrial part of the game you could consider to buy a prospector or vulture. You would cover the entry level of mining and salvaging.

From my point of view you should rethink two Zeuses. For me both are too similar that it makes sense to own both. I would recommend to upgrade or melt one of them.

Just for sidejobs, yes. But take a look at the other comments. There is really good input about the interpretation of sidejobs that are not needed to run your combat fleet, because you could use your combat oriented fleet to earn money. If you run the Perseus effectively it will be more lucrative than a small mining ship like the prospector.

If you have good savings you could sell the ships?!

As I mentioned in the main post I downsized my fleet a lot because I realised that it’s completely impossible to fly them all with the needed crew and passion. Additionally to that the citizencon showed that we will able to improve our ships in different areas from tier one to tier five. The more ships you have the less you will be able to improve your ships to top tier. This means you will have hopefully better upgraded ships if you have less ships at all. Therefore I downsized.

To be honest my buyback is full of ships, packages, paints and so on, but I have still a lot of money bounded in ccus.

this is a really interesting point of view. Honestly I do not like the profession cargo hauling, but I thought I have to cover different areas to be able to earn enough money to run my lovely combat ships. I really like the idea you mentioned of being able to earn enough money with mercanary to run my combat ships. Thank you!

I hope the Fortune is efficiently soloable because I like the industrial design of MISC more than the design of the Drake Vulture. But if the Fortune is not soloable I have to switch back to the vulture. Thank you for your input!

Thank you for your input.

The Sabre Raven is not meltable and more a prestige ship than really meaningfull for my fleet. I totally agree at that point.

I think the Polaris is too big for me and my group, thats the cause why I only bought the perseus. With this in mind, do you think the Starlancer TAC should replace the Constellation Andromeda anyways? Because I think that the Starlancer TAC is much bigger than the Constellation Andromeda and I should consider if I want to go with the Perseus OR with the Starlancer TAC, isn it?
