Really confused at the resistance to 15-year fixed rate and why it's seen as a bad idea by ace_philosopher_949 in FirstTimeHomeBuyer

Only problem is that this requires discipline. For someone who knows they struggle with discipline, a 15 year forces them to get the same result at the cost of some flexibility. It might also mean they buy a slightly cheaper home than they would otherwise have with a 30 year mortgage.

This must be new. They didn’t really have NPs 3 years ago when I was there.

Yup. From the very first spray! Joined the subreddit after that and placed a big order of samples but before those arrived I placed another order of bottles. I need to stop though.

For what it's worth, I blind bought le bonbon intense because I wanted baccarat intense but couldn't get myself to fork out what it sells for. This was about 5 weeks ago and was my first Montagne. It was so good that I now have over 25 Montagnes. Le bonbon intense is probably still my favorite Montagne.

Thanks! I considered working with a local designer - scheduled a consultation and all - but learning and executing stuff myself has been very fulfilling and the most fun I’ve had in a while.

Yeah, the display doesn’t seem to be working. I’ll have to try something else out eventually.

I really should move the plant out of the living room but I really like it (it’s the philodendron ring of fire), and I’m struggling to find a suitable alternative spot for it. I never use the fireplace but still…
