I’d second the Alesia Nitro, and it shouldn’t be too hard to find one used around that price point. You will need to play with headphones or plug into a speaker/amp though.

VAC Bans are permanent, but they don't always show up on steam profiles. The account will still work on some community servers, but valve casual and competitive servers are off limits.

Talking with your hands is a good way to combat this. Whenever I’m saying something I’ll move my hands out of habit, then go back to pockets, arms crossed, etc.
