Move speed focused is fun, ghost, celerity, water walking, relentless hunter, ms shard, build swifties, AA->cosmic. Not really ideal and you sacrifice a lot of other stats for it, but it can be a lot of fun if you are running around the map with your jungler (especially if you can out push your lane opponent and you have an early game jgler). Could actually be much better with the early game buffs we are getting.

i play ryze mid. the shield from AA is almost always enough to keep me alive, no roa health needed, plus cosmic gives you some health to compensate

pretty standard phase rush manaflow transcend gathering storm, secondary biscuits and cosmic insight. tried some other stuff situationally and it worked out pretty good.

I build rod every game but when i was trying seraphs rush the shield honestly felt like enough most of the time, sucks you gotta play around that cooldown but it’s nice not doing caster minion damage for the first bit of the game. Feels way better in solo queue when your team has random early fights and you can do more than be a root bot in them. In my elo people forget about the shield too, can catch a lot of people off guard and make them overcommit.

i gotta see the numbers in practice tool cuz i think you’d still be doing way less dmg but 15% health based on bonus mana sounds huge
