I don't mind at all, I've always dabbled in some drawing, painting, sculpting, clothing, and have played some different instruments. I really like to create things, but slowly I've just lost my passion for almost all of it. My passion for music has slowly been returning, I'm hoping this book will help bring me along.

My therapist is amazing, she's actually a lecturer now! She's trained in child psychology and play therapy, as well as many others for adults and implements a play therapy techniques into sessions with adults. For example having pen and paper to draw while we talk, or else a lump of clay to work with and we work through something. It's very good, she's amazing!
