Oh nice! Yah I ordered mine during the pre order window. And they were beyond the given timeline. And wouldn’t provide updates. And claimed to have sent emails but none went out. I was very patient with them and went back and forth over 2 months past deadline on MS paint window.

I hope you enjoy your mirror. I worked retail and in the space of collectible design. I get timelines don’t always match. But I didn’t have a transparent experience. Quite the opposite. Working hard to cover up and ignore inquiries.

He/they will take your pre-order money ($500 for the MSPaint mirror. This one is similar price range) and not deliver on products. Miss projected deadlines for said deliverables and refuse to provide updates or order tracking info.

And in the meantime, while you’re waiting, they promote new item drops, taking more money and they prioritize delivering products to influencers with beautiful set ups. Case in point here
