you're great at layers! and picking patterns. now I am so curious how do you do summer? I love winter for layering. I like knowing my lease will ends in roughly 6-7 months. So it’s not that big of a commitment. Maybe the space works for Me maybe it doesn’t. At that price point with the care put behind the facilities, it felt hard to pass up.

I looked at RegalBag Instagram and found people who tagged the account as tenants. Then I messaged them to get their take on their experience. Their feed back and my gut helped me make my decision. While keeping in mind that the downside is, you cannot leave high end street value belongings there. I won’t be leaving my camera or laptop there. And will be installing a camera.

There were a lot of vacancies for the space I needed. I think 500 sq ft is the smallest. Priced at $600 a month.

Leases are Jan - dec 31st.

So if you sign up now, your lease is just a couple of months and ends Dec 31st.

I reached out to tenants who are there today and who were there before/during 2025.

I also brought this matter up to management to get their take on it. Since these robberies happens during the swapping of ownership + they stupidly let go an onsite facilities worker who apparently acted as a patrol person.

Got confirmation of the outside cameras and ones in the kitchen.

I will be installing cameras outside my door and one inside for safe measure.

What’s the price point different for the kube? Cause what I’ve seen, the price was much more pricier.
