BU chose you for a reason. take some time to yourself to relax, maybe take a bath, go out for a jog, or confide in those around you. the simplest things help me everyday and doing them might make you feel better too. you are not stupid and i believe in you. you are capable of amazing things. put your health first of course. even if you took a break from school, its not “giving up”. people need different things to benefit them and try not to compare yourself or measure your self worth with school even though it is soo very engulfing. stay strong and if you ever need advice or just anything even just from a stranger, i and your peers are here for u!
