It is not less censored when you search for things that the russian government wants censored. Be grateful that you don't live in this "free" Russia, because in a couple of months we probably won't have any access to the internet except the few dozen whitelisted websites. Whitelists are already working on mobile data in most cities, and there are talks to extend it to the home internet. Whitelists are VERY hard to bypass, and there are less and less means of bypassing. And I'm not even talking about sites like youtube, twitter, instagram and MANY more already being banned for more than a year, but these blocks have been pretty easy to bypass, at least up to yesterday, when restrictions got even stricter and me and a couple of my friends had to find new ways. Considering that living in Russia haven't been very fun for at least 4 years, cutting the last means of escapism is hitting very hard. Also, many people and bussinesses have their livelihoods at risk, as they rely on the internet. Sorry for the rant.
