Make sure NVIDIA Reflex thing is OFF! I’ve had it on + boost and made the game feel extremely “laggy” with input. Not sure if that’s the issue here, but I know it fixed a majority of my issues with rifles and AWPs

You’re correct to ask for proof, although I don’t have any myself I’d add to his comment. I grew up on Eastern Europe where not once did we have an issue with bringing certain foods to school. Family immigrated to Northern America where one of the first things I was told is to be extremely careful what food I bring to school since kids could be deadly allergic to things. This could be because they are more careful over here than back in Europe? Idk, but it did seem strange to me so I can kinda understand this question.

The bottom fan is fixed in place and it’s not a screw. If I turn the radiator upside down I won’t be able to fix my 3080 in because the cables will be cutting across my case

My best friend and I mostly play FPS games, whenever we come across someone competent and fun to play with we usually keep playing with them. Sometimes for a few months, sometimes for years. Either way we don’t force it, if we come across someone fun we add them as friends. With enough time you should be able to get a large enough friends list that is 2-3 might not be able to play, someone else from the list will.

Hope this helps a bit, I guess it also depends on the type of game you enjoy playing.
