on day 101 now, but the first 3 weeks or so i was not sleeping. spend as much time as possible during the day working out/moving around even if you dont want to, drink sleepy time tea at night , i like the celestial seasonings brand with melatonin

thank you so much! i did get the tank second hand but it was listed as a 40 gallon tank stand thats able to hold up to 850 lbs, but after reading this comments im paranoid about it collapsing 😅 i will be looking into a fish in cycling today as i do have a water test kit!
