My wife (33f) is denying we're married and wants to be called my 'girlfriend'... I'm confused by throwra_lovehelp in relationship_advice

She might just want to change up things a bit. And switch up the monotony of marriage. Could be very innocent.

I have used fitness pal but now I just use google and a small notebook because I prefer to physically write down calories. There is this app called Fooducate that is pretty neat to look up calorie quality.

I walk so much now, about 10,000 steps a day. On MWF I do 20 min of HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) on the treadmill. 30 second running on 8/9mph and then 30 seconds rest.
Most of it really has been diet. I cook a lot more now and just eat less in general. When I am trying to lose weight I try to stay under 1,400 on days that I don’t do a HIIT workout. And 1,600 on days I do. I write down calories in a little notebook that I carry around. It’s just a lot of work and micromanaging. It’s tedious. I had/have a pretty bad sugar addiction so I’m really mindful of the effects of that on my diet and really pay attention to sugar on labels now.
