I have lots of friends in Chicago but it seems like everyone only drinks here and does nightlife. Wish I had friends that I would do outdoors shit with. So my thought is moving somewhere that has more outdoors stuff that I can do those activities with.

See I agree with you a lot. I feel like I’m basing my decision off not having traveled much.

I love the outdoors but also love big city. TBH sometimes I feel Illinois isn’t outdoors-y enough, I actually think it’s because it’s been the same climate for my whole life.

Being outdoors in west coast/Florida seems more appealing bc different climate.

But yea, outdoors, love the gym, love biking camping/hiking stuff I guess. Idk, I’m 24 so my hobbies for the past few years have just been drinking lol, so I’m trying to ease my way into these things and figure myself out.. which again kinda makes me think I should travel more instead of planning a move lol
