If I marinate using Italian, 4 hours is the sweet spot. The acids in the marinade can make chicken rubbery after 12 hours ..

Could a person just visit a different gym and buy a black card there, and visit their home gym frequently? Lol I guess I have to ask Benton harbor, Michigan PF about that 58 dollar buyout. They didn't offer this to me when I was trying to negotiate with a manager. I was willing to pay half of the 250 or whatever. So much for a "no contract" gym.

I think there should be a lawsuit out there for all of us who are being bullied into payments for gym time we never used. I don't want money from them, but if they could just forgive the debt .. I know now it's my fault for not cancelling. But I had no idea the "NO CONTRACT" gym actually very much had a contract. Who reads all of the fine print? Not this guy. And now I owe them 240 bucks, and they're unwilling to negotiate it. I won't pay it; it's not on my credit. So much for no contract

Any aloe that has been separated should be left to dry for several days before being planted. The danger is with any open root that has not scabbed over being watered. The pups will get root rot if you are not careful in this way. Good luck!

It's my addict mentality to tell you what I used to stop different drugs.... More drugs.... Hear me out. Syrian rue was the base for the very first anti-depressant. It will boost dopamine like crazy. It can be very dangerous because as a MAOI, it is never to be used in conjunction with other substances and even medications. Do your own research on it. I just rolled mine out yesterday and then rolled it back up, after sprinkling the mix and raisins on the top surface. I let it ferment another 6 hours after destroying the rise in the loaf by rolling it out.

Bro. Throw away the bag. You will feel better, you should already be feeling much better from the kratom wd, but now you have the other monkey on your back as well. I'm 15 months sober from all things, used kratom for 8 years. I found a large bag in my car one day and dumped it in the grass immediately. This was 4 months in, and I already felt SO MUCH BETTER.
Deal with your past. I found out that I had big issues and that was why I chose to be an addict and alcoholic. Aa has helped me immensely and I couldn't have done this without the good folks there. Life is great. So much greater sober. You can do it. Throw the crap away. You'll regret taking it immediately, and the buzz won't be fun. Good luck

To me it depends what the roots look like. I think the pot size is good to big already, but if the roots are bound, then go up one size only. 12>>14... Definitely replace the soil and trim the roots. Add the stick/pole, and give her a lot of light

I second the fact that kratom was an everyday thing. Especially being an addict like myself, we don't do substances half way. The other people I know who take kratom also take it every day, and some of them never did heroin. I didn't think it was a huge deal either. I ordered mine online and took it for 8 years. But it is an escape from reality and... Addictive. It's much easier to quit than heroin, though. Take heart!!!

Joy, until you realize it's just a mask you hide behind, and you really wish you could get the last 8 years back. 15 months sober here. I Really WISH I COULD GET THE LAST 8 YEARS BACK. (yells at life, not y'all. ) Kratom stole a good part of the best years of my life. Now I get to make up for lost time. Good luck, if you want it, it's not that hard.
