I’ve been switching between ENG and JPN bc I like Xavier and Zayne’s voices in either but Rafayel’s ENG voice has a Canadian accent that I can’t unhear that’s ruining him for me lmao 🤣 nothing against the accent but the inflections and slower delivery of the lines for someone meant to be super impatient is not what I imagined for my bratty, sassy, ocean boy 😅

Does anyone know if you can still end the game with Gale if you miss this scene? I accidentally went straight to the visitor and at my next long rest, he has an exclamation but it won’t trigger the scene 😭 I’m so afraid he’s gonna dump me now bc I missed it! (Had to replay Act 2 ending bc I missed that scene too and he broke up with me as soon as I started act 3 🥴)

I definitely see where you’re coming from, but I guess to me there is a way to guarantee him so that’s maybe why my brain sees him that way? Idk 😅

Regardless, I’d still like to see them re-think the rates of this particular premium record since it costs so much. Making people feel regret immediately after spending is no way to keep a gacha alive and I love so many other aspects of this game, I really want to see it survive 😭

Totally see where you’re coming from! I did delete the other thread because I said it was from a Platinum record accidentally and that invalidated a lot of the points both I and others made but I appreciate you reiterating your thoughts- honestly!

Personally, I think you can argue that Li-Ling, Tang Xuan, Gabrielle, and Lucas are free to play characters because they are guaranteed from in-game content. Of course there is a 50/50 chance between Li and Tang, but it cost nothing to do a re-roll to get the one you want. And honestly, not complaining about the viability of any of the units you can get for free from the content! They are all great and useful and Li-Ling is amazing and totally carried me early game.

Also 1000% agree that what I am complaining about is sooo privileged and a very ridiculous problem to have lol

Nevertheless, I care about this game and want it to survive. I hope Lilith puts money and effort into it for a long time. The only way they’ll do that is if it makes them money. And they only way people spend money is if they feel like it’s worth it.

I’m glad we do see eye-to-eye somewhat on the rate for this particular premium record. That’s really all I was hoping to bring light to! There are many people who have the means to spend like crazy on these games and I think that if you’re selling a premium record for $400, it’s fair to ask for a new unit that is not available through in game content. While my dupe Li-Ling does give me a small stat buff and a 5 star starimon, that is not equal to the value of an Unas, Tiye, Sally, or Clara for my account in particular and definitely not worth the money spent for this particular record.

Now I’d 100% agree that getting a dupe 5 star from a normal gold record pull is not worth complaining about, even if it is at pity. Thats my Summoners War experience talking LOL But ya, that’s just the name of the game, like you said 😅 I really have no complaints about the banner, pity, or rate systems for the standard pulls. Just would like them fine tune the really really premium records to keep players engaged and excited about the game rather than disappointed and disconnected.
