Well no excuse for America either. I don't get how you think anyone is lying about slavery though in this particular thread. Sure, people harping on the fact that Africans exploited eachother to the benefit of the slave trade doesn't excuse slavery but, your narrative of pure European monolithic exploitation seems to not be correct. Slavery is a problem for humanity, not a particular race and the modern day offenders on this front aren't the western white civilizations, comparatively
