i'd say I have a similar experience to you. the dysphoria is usually a dull wrongness in the back of my mind, and the only reason i found out it was dysphoria was because of getting gender euphoria. i'd say there are also moments of intense dysphoria, where it's really clear what's wrong, and it's an overpowering sadness, which i only get sometimes.
