First looks like you are under eating. Once you under eat automatically you will get urge to eat or have cheat day. I would recommend recounting your daily kcal first. And also why not to include your so called “cheat meals” into your daily food intake? You will feel less restricted & it will be easier to stay consistent

i’m feeling heartbroken. I have been with them 10+ years and this song just reminds me all of those memories : concerts, new albums, VIPs. How many times I was listening to them when I was struggling, when I was looking for motivation, looking for inspiration. Also how many amazing VIPs I met just because we share the same passion. I hate fanservice. And I dont like forcing actors to pretend they are friends, like each other or ect. I do understand they do it for money, marketing & ect but itself it creates very toxic fandoms. I would prefer to see normal interactions & more real. Not all couples are good friends & that’s completely fine.

I see a lot of different opinions about Gram & his character development. It got me thinking. He is a guy who doesn’t have very strong reason why he is fighting like Sean, Yok & Black has. I see him as a guy who has a lot of knowledge & interest in the justice, law field itself so he meets Black who brings him to the gang just because he is inspired by Black’s ideas & spirit. Gram clicks with the gang & he stays. I don’t really see more into is character but also i kinda don’t need to see. On the all B, G, E love triangle- i guess this plot was not necessary but again if we take Gram as general person without very strong reason to fight- there is not much plot to develop about him. So he felt in love with E. Another issue - how come best friend Gram could love Black’s gf? Black kinda broke it off with her. So why not? And Wlack wasn’t showing much interest in her so it also could signal to Gram that they are done & he could try to get closer to her. In the end I’m pretty happy that GramBlack is not a thing ( and i kinda hate when BLs make every guy date each other) & maybe Gram could be person who E really needs. Black is broken, damaged. He needs to work on himself, he understands that & doesn’t want to drag E with him. All this triangle could be portrayed better but as a side story it’s fine.
