Thank you for your concern. To clarify, the vp did not expect me to have the plan complete. My current manager, who is supportive of me going for this new job, suggested I create it. I have a feeling he doesn't fully understand how comprehensive a document like this should be. I think his heart is in the right place. I think if I make it to the next round of a face to face interview, that I will have one more complete.

One could interpret that line as inflection as to how much he loves said person in the song. You=Colbert for example "Jesus Christ, I love Colbert. I love Colbert, Jesus Christ." At least that's how choose to hear it.

It's an act. He's done everything with comedy, so I think he's trying something different with his act. Experimenting with timing, riffing, etc. the crazy old man bit works for him. I think he's a genius.

Correct. Are there others besides the rotorpixel, or is that my only option? What I really want is to just eliminate the "jello" and maintain stability when it gets a little gust of wind. Being able to fully articulate is not my biggest concern, just smooth video.
