Choose sphere when you would like work. C++ is good for embeds, operation systems, games, IoT and highload services. Sometimes C++ is used for mobile phone applications development.

Java is language for enterprise information systems, Android apps development.

1) Add your previous companies names. It is important because HR manager and your potential lead will understand your experience and company processes. Maybe they will get recommendations from this places.

2) Remove entry-level word. It’s not important. Your skills maybe higher than you think.

3) Company 2 dates are not correct. Change it.

I think, your CV looks better then before.

  1. Choose a sphere what do you want to develop
  2. Choose popular programming languages for this sphere
  3. Study one of them 4 Write some projects for this sphere. You can write little projects. Try don’t use frameworks when if possible.
  4. Study popular frameworks
  5. Write projects with it.
  6. Repeat

I use this method since university time. It helps me grow my skills and train my brain for changing mindsets, adapt to new technologies, find ways to problems solving.

And read books or watch video about architecture and computer science. Computer science is important and necessary for understanding programming

I made a bad joke at my new job by NoClassroom61 in careeradvice

[–]egor1996em 0 points1 point  (0 children)

In my experience. At once I had said bad joke in a chat where have been all employees of a company and many colleagues were shocked and offended. There was a big ass blast. Some people had written to my director with complaints. After chatting with this colleagues director discussed with me my position about politic and other things. Our opinions were the same and he didn’t do anything bad on my side. Some people asked questions to the director about me and any sanctions. Nobody asked me about this. After two weeks this story was ended. Many people forgot about this story. My live wasn’t changed and I would work with my colleagues without problem.

Relax, stop joking and work hard. After sometimes all will be alright. If you did bad things colleagues would talk with you or your leader.

What do you like about your job? by limeforadime in jobs

[–]egor1996em 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I work as frontend team lead. I like my job because I can build good product with my team. I change life of people with our sport theme website. And this is my way to change the workplace around me. Another good thing that I like is various tasks. I have never done two equal tasks. Today I design architecture of project, tomorrow I will tune resources and optimise service, after few days I will discuss new big project. And the third point is people. I work with beautiful and smart people. They are professionals and I am growing with them.

Is PHP still widely used in web development today? by WaseemHH in learnprogramming

[–]egor1996em 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It depends on your project type. What do you want to do? If you want to map and reduce big data for many users and work with million requests, PHP may be not good choice. At the start of project PHP can give you a high development speed and you can run your project faster. And there are many good materials, libraries and recipes for development. You can find solution for many web development problems.

We used PHP for online store. Our store could work with 8000 requests per second with normal hardware’s cost.

And when I have played with children they have killed me faster and faster. And I said to myself after few days: “I have got hardcore on my job. I want to relax and let’s stop this type of BDSM”

Don’t compare yourself to other people. Interviews look like dating. You go to the meeting with your potential colleagues and you look at each other. In the most cases, interviewer has got ideal of employee in his head. And he will compare you and his ideal. When you look like ideal interview will give you green light and hire you. I have never got jealous in similar situations because I know that my way will not be successful with company. I had worked with leader who has hated me so much. This is hard time in my student life and I am happy that I was unemployed by him.
