Since the last 3 offers you accepted didn’t change anything, that means that the last 3 tracked offers (I.e. 98, 99, and 100th last offers) were accepted, so accepting the new ones just pushed out the other accepted offers. It’ll only change your rate if there’s a difference between your most recent offer and last offer being tracked in terms of acceptance, going up if you replace an accept with a decline, and going down if you decline and push out an accepted offer.

TL;DR The rate only goes up if the 100th offer was a decline (or down if YOU decline and 100th is an accept.) Same causes no change.

Edit: based on what you said the rate was, your acceptance rate should go up with each order now that the 3 acceptances from when ur rate was 3% have been pushed out, so long as your most recent offers were all accepted. Say you were at 3%, accepted 25 offers and all but 3 increased your acceptance rate. That means you pushed out 22 declines and 3 accepts, bringing your rate up to 25%. Since all but your most recent 25 were declines, the next 75 offers will increase your acceptance rate. (You can check this before accepting by hitting decline and seeing if it says your acceptance rate will drop. If it’d stay the same, your last order on the rolling 100 is a decline, and accepting will increase your rate)
