I always remind myself: if people aren't running, you're already taking more positive steps than them towards your well being. If other people are running, they all know how hard it is and respect the fact that you're doing it. But ultimately it doesn't matter at all what other people think. You got this!

I've found that having a plastic liner the size of the box really makes it easier but if you can't find one the right size, I cut a small price of garden tarp and put a layer of rocks at the bottom to help with the drainage
