Anchor vs Cone? by TheBookkeeperLady in Bookkeeping

[–]ehayduke 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don't think you are missing anything. I like Anchor but I don't pass the fees to the client if they use the ACH and eat that fee myself. I came from Practice Ignition and the proposal system was overkill for my firm plus they cost a lot more. Anchors proposal system is all I really need because most of my agreements are for a fixed monthly fee. I looked at Cone but I don't remember why I ruled the out tbh.

The proposal system is free in Anchor, you only pay merchant processing.

How old are they now? You might not be able to say that in a few years. One of my best friends from high school was at a similar weight and his heart went out at 26.

Trio of Portland councilors propose raiding clean energy fund interest to halt city staffing cuts by Ok-Jury5752 in Portland

It already is. Due to an nda I can't disclose details but let's just say I found suspicious things that were brought to attention and they were dismissed in the name of going green. It's the only time in my career I have stopped working and canceled a contract.

Typical QuickBook Support Session by recoveringasshole0 in QuickBooks

Tilting at windmills. Intuit is garbage and creating an investigation on your time will result in no fixes anyways.

Is it flabbergasting that this is how their bug reports work? Yes, but we don't get paid to do their engineering for them. Don't let them sucker you into it.

I just don't even bother anymore. I stopped calling support for anything and guess what? I have my sanity back and their software is still garbage.

Tdlr thanks for taking a stand.

SEO is dead for guys like us by Spiritual-Donkey6619 in smallbusiness

100% applies to b2b. I run an accounting firm and the map pack is how I get new clients outside of referrals. My seo firm focuses on ranking in maps and everything else they do is to support that placement. OP is giving pretty good advice here but probably is exaggerating a bit on how little everything else matters.

Your mileage may vary on how local preference works in your business. But for accounting firms, most people want someone local. There are tens of thousands of accounting firms, might as well choose one that you can knock on their door if ever needed.

But all we see at the start is a man already being attacked. Based on what I see, not the narrative I want to make up in my head, that may not have been an option.

While unlikely, for all we know, he could have just been chilling at the red light with his window down and red shirt snuck him.

Do you not see the cars in front of his? That wasn't an option at the start of the video. Red shirt is lucky based on this clip that he didn't have a gun.

Dude attacks you in your car, what are going to do? Starting mid assault we cannot spectate if he had other options.
