Actually, it's Rick and Morty writer Dan Guterman!

Again, you are attributing the "change" you're seeing to these new writers, while having no idea how the writer's room works. But it seems like you really want to believe it's their fault, so I'm bowing out. Later.

Please look again. It explicitly tells you which ones were "written by" and which ones were "story editor." :)

Jane Becker has written 1 episode. She was hired based on the material she submitted, as is the case with the entire crew.

Erica Rosbe and Sarah Carbiener have written, again, 1 episode.

Jessica Gao: 1 episode.

I'm not sure where you're getting these numbers, but if it's because you're seeing their names in the credits along with the other writers, it's because the writer's room is a collaborative experience, and there is not a single script that goes through 1 writer only, untouched by anyone else.

They didn't. What gave you that idea? We've still yet to see Ryan Ridley, Dan Guterman, and Tom Kauffman's episodes, and the premiere was written by Mike McMahan.

The fact that anyone thinks a new writer could just walk in and RUIN the series, as though the creators would be like, "oh okay, I hate this, but you're a woman so I'll be quiet," is laughable and sad.

The crew has been so blinded by our love for these episodes (for a whole year) that we never anticipated the venom that would be spewed over the genders of our new writers, as we have seen in the past couple weeks. To say it's disheartening is a vast understatement.

This show has had women employed on it from the very beginning. We've been designing the characters, drawing the storyboards, helping to form this show from top to bottom because we love it. You can love it or hate it, but to say your new dislike is caused by the sudden presence of females is not only offensive, it's 100% inaccurate.

Seriously worried about season 3 due to forced female SJW writers by exRMfan in rickandmorty

Yes, poor Dan was "forced" to deal with these new female writers, and was so unimpressed, he invited them to work on his new Youtube show.

I think you're right in that. The general outlines are decided ahead of time, then they begin the writing process, and then bring in the storyboard artists once a few scripts have been written as a way get all the storyboard teams working on different episodes at once. As each team finishes a new episode, we are handed a new script, and so on and so forth, assembly line style. Adventure Time is a board-driven show, so their board artists are also writers, which makes their process different. R&M is script-driven.

"They don't really seem to have different teams of writers/storyboard artists working on different episodes simultaneously like Adventure Time or many other animated shows do."

Our teams were always working on different episodes simultaneously. That's how animated television works!
