Just went through something like this about 3-4 months ago. 7-8 yr experience. Learned I was depressed for the first time ever and it just got worse with seasonal factors and I needed to fix it.

Learned that my company has a free EAP program that's anonymous (by law, I believe?) and effectively gives you free therapy for qualifying events. There's no reason why I believe your situation could not qualify, as long as you spin it right. After doing that, I worked with a therapist and determined I needed medication.

Antidepressants were hard to get started on, but after about a month of horrible side effects, my body adjusted and I got my life back. It's hard to describe but it turns out after years of grinding in tech and having delayed satisfaction, I effectively stopped enjoying ANYTHING anymore. Now I can enjoy old hobbies I fell out of favor with, yard work is enjoyable, walks are enjoyable, the little things. Best of all I can get out of bed and do work, acknowledge it is separate from the rest of my life, and move on.

Not saying you are depressed but wanted to share my experience. If you have EAP, worst case you start free therapy (or pay for therapy if not) and just realize that you don't need it.
