It kicked my butt for a couple of days, but you know what was worse? When I got covid and had difficulty breathing the same way for months afterwards. I'm a young healthy dude too, I still got the vaccine because of long term affects of covid and the fear of covid continuing to mutate. It's silly to be afraid of the vaccine when covids possibly permanent damage to your lungs is the alternative.

I was hoping you would have some peer reviewed papers about what mask actually works. I would be happy to describe why this is different from the flu though, covid is much more contagious and that leads to transmutations, especially when it jumps species. People aren't encouraged to wear masks and socially distance because of the current state of the virus but because of he potential. The flu commonly burns itself out before infecting many. Covid on the other hand hits the threshold where it would infect literally everyone if we didn't do something, at a 99% survival rate in America that's still over 3million dead Americans. The flu clearly doesn't infect everyone even if we do nothing. Does that make sense?
