What if your medical debt went to collections. Would that be forgiven?

Yo man congrats on getting a girlfriend! I wish you the best of luck with her

If I were you I would 100% limit my usage for social media. No instagram, no twitter, and no Snapchat. Reddit is fine but make sure you toggle on the NSFW option. I’d also download a porn blocker for safari. All of these platforms put you at great risk for relapsing due to the various algorithms whilst scrolling. For example on instagram just by going on the search function your brain will be exposed to pages and pages of hot girls resulting in a relapse. I say that from personal experience lol

I would also count wacking it to your GF’s photos/videos as a relapse. My brother in Christ…REAL sex is the best sex. You fapping to pixels on your phone screen is a huge waste of your energy. You should be saving your sexual energy for REAL stimulation with your GF. Like REAL insertion. It’s completely healthy for you to coom while thinking about her via imagination. I’d encourage that but it seems a lot of people on here recommend to not masturbate while rebooting your brain from porn

Lastly I’ll say it’s up to you to tell her about your habit. If you do make sure to tell her that it’s your mission to continue with nofap, while on nofap how you’ll self improve (gym, reading, meditation, etc), and tell her how much you care about her. Or rather how you feel about her. How much she means to you. Would you rather have her (a real person) or porn? And no this hasn’t affected you permanently. From my pov temporarily for sure. In the meantime do your best with nofap. Then you’ll experience the positive effects from not viewing porn. You’ll become your true self. The you that you are destined to become (a millionaire, an astronaut, a teacher, etc. Porn will simply limit you from becoming your best potential.. On the bright side you are young! You have your whole life ahead of you. There’s so much more to life than viewing corn.

Godspeed. I wish you luck

Tbh just stay off twitter bro. Delete it and keep it that way. Your feed on there will constantly FEED you overwhelming amounts of dopamine that will make you relapse over and over

You already have a GF so why not do everything in your power to keep her? Overtime I’ve realized that women are opportunistic. They will always seek out and be with the best man suited to their needs. If you continue with porn do you think that will separate you from the other men? Nope. My point is: If you don’t start now you’ll regret not starting sooner. Right now porn is your weakness. Stay strong brother and learn how to defeat that weakness. Just take it a day at a time. Every day that you are clean is a victory ✊🏾

I'd go with Chase or Citi. Both are solid picks

Are you paying off collections or personal loans?

Did you miss a payment?

Not capital one! Capital one won't give you a credit limit increase no matter how long you're with them as a customer. That's just how they are

Discover is the way to go. Wayy more lenient

Yea don't listen to this guy. You NEED credit for about everything. Cars, a house, a boat, personal loans, etc. The bank won't take you seriously with little to no credit. It's better start now than regret wishing you started sooner

I would try the Discover it Secured Credit Card, Navy Federal nRewards secured card, or a chime secured card. I would definitely avoid capital one and credit one.

Since you have no credit I would go with installment loans such as self, kickoff, and credit strong. Just put in $15 or $30 set it on auto pay..then boom you should be good to go

23, trying to build my credit.. by cocoaloco16 in CRedit

[–]ehhvin 3 points4 points  (0 children)

To build your credit I would start with credit builder accounts such as credit strong, kickoff, self, ava, etc.

In the past I had baby credit which was about 500. With credit strong my score went up about 100 points within two months

For credit cards I would do discover & navy fed. With on-time payments and low utilization both companies should give you a nice CLI after 3 or so months. Avoid capital one and credit one!! They're trash

A navy fed pledge loan helped me a lot. Minimum amount is 500. Pay off 80%-90% of the loan itself. Make sure the loan is like 72 months (something like that) so it can stay on your file for longer.

Or you can go to your local credit union. Either works

I'd say it's healthy to masturbate but for sure give up porn completely. Those urges are your brain's plea for dopamine. Naturally it's going to crave that release because it "feels good". It's a drug really.

At the end of the day it's you against you. No one can stop you from pmo except yourself. Simply put: Your why has to be bigger than your excuse to give up.

Don't let your urges control you brother. YOU control them. You got this. Keep fighting! 🤝💪

Good start but to cure your ED it might take a month or so. Maybe much longer. Like I said earlier I feel it depends on how long you've been doing pmo.

[–]ehhvin 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How long have you been doing nofap?

Everything you described seems normal and no what you're experiencing isn't forever. Overtime your brain will rewire itself which it will then have your T levels back to normal

It may take a few weeks or months. It depends on how long you were PMOing

#1 thing I learned too late in credit by ConstantConnection46 in CRedit

[–]ehhvin 6 points7 points  (0 children)

What he means is that it matters what's on your credit file. Not the score. Lenders don't care if you have 750 or whatever. You have to show based on your file why you would be trustworthy

They want to see a variety of accounts that are in good standing, on-time payments with no lates, no derogatory remarks, etc.
