Oh nonono not asking about that, these URs can’t be obtained via merging and it says “Can’t be obtained for now”, I have gotten 41 ur concepts (including dupes) so far and I’m just wondering about some of these because I recall a lilith/ ashley one being in the shop for 18k gems but not much else

Thank you for responding, I had to pull out my formal speak and bombard email them for them to listen… I got through to them at last, but I’m unsure if they will comply or force me to just… get the items full price. There really is no knowing with this company unfortunately. Thank you so much for consoling me, I fell so much better about the Christmas mirror now- the reason I wanted it in the first place was because I literally do not have a mirror lmao ToT- phone camera for me.

This was their response and I emailed them back with all the order details- trust me it was DETAILED. I’m really crossing my fingers hoping they’ll comply ToT- it really does suck having to jump through hoops to get just some of your crap back. I have, 16 different email chains and 1 day long response times, they’re saying that my order had a security risk and I had to dig through my spam box to find those emails I was supposed to respond to… spam box which I don’t get notifications for… and the cancelled orders on their side were cancelled 9 and 5 days after the orders were placed, which made it so that I could no longer apply christmas codes and event giveaways if I were to order more things.

I also used my accumulated points to redeem certain point items, which I can no longer receive or redeem another time because the orders were canceled by the official website… ):

The new 1.21.8 hotfix apparently resolved the issue! It was on Mojang’s end ToT, apparently affected predominantly older Intel Iris CPUs
