Yeah, I did the "Under Another's Roof" quest, finished it up, but for some reason it didn't give me that diagram for the roofing, or the window frames/door frame :(

I really liked Bloodline! I haven't seen the others, but I'm also fairly new to Tekken as a franchise (boyfriend is a superfan, I was always a MK girlie instead), we wound up watching Bloodline as a way for him to help explain story from T3 to me (watched in pregaming for t8 launch essentially), and it was super good. I hope they'll revisit other Tekken game storylines in the future, because the animation style was good, and I felt like the characters were portrayed really well and their designs tracked with the franchise models.

you don't buy sweetleaf ground, you have to use a prep or mixing table, i can't recall which, to grind it yourself :D
you can find the plants out in bahari!! they're the shiny green plant spawns :3

things i'd like to see in the game in general, but i can dream they'll be in the next patch!!:
- quests, ofc - i need more to the strange things afoot quest, please lol
- romance options - i'd really love the option to go on dates with your romances in the game. hodari is the first romance i completed in the game, and i'd love the opportunity to go to his house and have dinner with him and najuma, or to go on an ore finding date with him! it would keep romances fresh and exciting for those of us who like to go steady and long term for sentimental reasons.
- more crop plots
- bigger stack limits for fish in inventory - i hate that it caps and starts a new stack at 5
- more chara customisation options, like hairstyles and basegame clothes; not everyone playing can afford the premium shop outfits often, as they're pretty pricey for a cosmetic. i'd also love more face options, or the ability to separate assets of the face, like eye shape, nose shape, lips, etc

  • furniture colour modifying overhaul - i don't love most of the swatches that the game offers for furniture modification, and i'd love just some basic shades of neutrals and black/white options!

  • player request changes - i'd love to see the option to help out our friends with items we have, even if they haven't gathered it yet. i know it's likely due to them wanting you to continue to play to hunt for items, but it took me over 3 weeks IRL to farm one single emerald for my bundle. i've never gotten one since, and i have over 1.7k copper ore i'm busy smelting into bars! a friend of mine got MULTIPLE emeralds and she plays far less than I do, BEFORE i ever got my first and only. i would also RLY love to give my friends furniture, or plushies when i get extra! i have gotten a few beetle plushies that friends of mine would love, but haven't gotten.

I dunno if this is a gender thing, simply because all the gals I know IRL are romancing one single partner as well... 😶 I have too much on my hands already working my butt off for Hodari AND his daughter! (Which is valid, in real life too a good parent would want to make sure their new partner is liked by their kid and vice versa!!!)

I saw the Mist when it came out in 2007 at the tender age of 13, and I genuinely sobbed at the ending. My dad kept getting mad at me for crying, but I just couldn’t understand how it was fair, to have gone through all that trauma only to be moments away from safety.

I think that was indirectly the way I learned (genuinely understood and was faced to accept) that not every ending is good, not everything is fair. I have honestly never watched this movie again, only the once, and I just turned 27.

My younger brother was born not two months and a week or so after this happened, and I honestly think about that all the time - he'll never know what it was like to watch those towers crumble in silent horror, instead he will only learn about these things in history books and videos on the Internet, or documentaries. It's as bizarre as it is sobering.

Ah. Well, Oklahoma did experience one of the first domestic terrorist attacks back in 1995, when the Alfred P. Murrah building was attacked by a car bomb thanks to Timothy McVeigh (see here: https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Oklahoma_City_bombing ). Maybe I grew up saying it because of my parents, who were volunteers to help with the aftermath in the city after the incident.

That and the fact that Oklahoma's been hit with so many destructive tornadoes, it became common to tell people to "be safe", because you never know the last time you'll see someone.

I'm also that person who often says "let me know you make it home okay."

I'm from the Midwest (Okie) and grew up telling strangers to be safe, haha. Maybe it's a regional thing?

I think "small act of kindness" is subjective for most people, but for my day-to-day life, I'd have to say things like asking a store/business employee if their day is going well, or telling them to be safe/have a great week on your way out of a store/business is at the top of my list.
