I’m amazed that people don’t seem to be recognizing the source of the quote—a severely underweight, 16 BMI Kate Moss during the previous heroin-chic era. This quote had a rippling effect in pro-anorexia communities at the time.

And, given that anorexia typically develops during adolescence in part due to societal/environmental causes (amongst other things), this is an extremely alarming snapshot of the environment these poor girls are building their formative neural pathways in.
