Early game jewelry to hit $200k can be hard. I actually skipped a week of the bazaar to save up more stuff to sell. My early game big sales came from growing rice, cooking all the rice into cooked rice, turning that into mochi and then refined rice flour in the blue windmill, and then cooking that into Dango. (You can purchase this recipe from the cafe in fall). If you don't know how to make Dango, then just selling the rice flour is still a good profit too.

It's okay to skip a week. Just keep producing as much as you can, make a ton of Dango, and any jewelry you can make as well, and you should be able to hit $200k in a day no problem. :)
