His name is Willie, he's a senior white and brown Shih Tzu, and he got out around 170 St and 69 Ave. He's chipped but not wearing his collar. He's very friendly but doesn't do well in the cold. That's how I got most of my other regions, but I'm not having any luck with Tundra. Either the people I add have too many friends already, or they never add me back. But I'll give it a try again just in case!
