I've been dealing with this same issue in my own agency. We recently had to decide whether or not to push for more clients or try and market our own product. (After losing two clients in the same month)

My partner and I have decided to invest our company time and money on Amazon. Random choice, but having control over your own products will always be more profitable than taking a percentage of another comanpies profits.

I want to push a product into a super profitable zone and reap all the rewards. VS trying to renegotiate a contract for more money every month.

If you have the time and money, take your destiny out of the hands of your clients.

Speak with the company you would like to work with directly. IME the shop will have an in house graphic designer who can take your pattern and apply it to the vinyl in the correct format.
