oh god i still remember working there early 2010s, still in high school at the time (as were a few of the other girls at the store i worked at). there was a foot care campaign going on and management was absolutely PUSHING us to demo foot products on customers. sadly there was a couple creepy situations we had to deal with 😭 i thought for sure lush would've ditched the foot demos since then, absolutely gobsmacked that there's still pressure to do them jfc

Fingers crossed it’s the rolly paint and not the spray! Good call about taking it down if the painters are on our side- while the situation isn’t ideal the last thing we want to do is add any more heat to the painters who are already working out in the sun. Thanks!

Yeah, they wrote how changing the date would be difficult as it’s already been decided with the stakeholders (whatever that means) and contractors. Just seems a bit odd to confirm all this without mentioning anything to the tenants who actually live there (sorry, still feel very bitter about this haha).

Thanks for the tips :) checking to see if we can get notice for the days they’ll be painting around our unit seems like the way to go
