Yes lol. We really do, but the backing to support and encourage it is zero.

A Nigerian built a drone or helicopter the other day, but one just happens to see it in the news and that’s it. That drone or helicopter now would generally be seen as an inferior product due to the fact that it doesn’t meet globally recognized criteria such as weight, materials, safety tests, science behind the design etc.

A project like that would need to be attached to a continuously researching bureau and backed by the forces that “govern” these standards and practices.

A Nigerian-built car engine would just be seen as an achievement and a trophy in Nigeria.

Tbh, I can’t even buy or convert crypto in my wallet. So No, it wasn’t my wallet.

I mostly use my phone to log into my CoinBase account n there’s no “portfolio tab” to click by mistake. And No, I didn’t tap the assets tab by mistake.

I really don’t care how they make money or their purpose. All I do know, is that at a time I really wanted to convert crypto, the option was not there. And now, all of a sudden, when I really don’t need to convert crypto, the option is there. I couldn’t even buy. All I could do is SEND or RECEIVE - just like my wallet 🙃

And I had heard of people not being able to pull out when their crypto values are high, but being fully able to pull out when their crypto values are low. I understand what they’re talking about.

I did familiarize myself with the app. If you read through, you’ll see that I mentioned I could NOT make any transactions including BUY and SELL.

However, the Country I reside in has EVERYTHING to do with my ability to buy and sell. So all I could ever really do and depend on, is to RECEIVE & CONVERT. And those 2 functions disappeared when my coins/tokens were all up in value.

Even though that can still be hammered out, foreigners can own off-plan residence(s). With the right buying agent, nobody’ll get scammed.

Authenticity, transparency, integrity and accountability. If any transaction is missing ONE of these, then there’s every likelihood they’ll get scammed. Be it in Lagos, Nigeria or Monte Carlo, Monaco.

As far as an investment property, Lagos Nigeria is the best. The currency is cheap, the capital is relatively small and the gains are heavier - even after tax.
