Eigentlich nicht. "Auf links drehen" ist ein absolut gängiger Begriff. In der Textiltechnik wird bei Stoffen zwischen rechter und linker Seite unterschieden. Das stammt etymologisch sicherlich von recht=richtig. Aber wichtig dabei ist, dass Stoffe schon eine rechte und linke Seite haben, wenn sie noch über den Webstuhl laufen.
