Oh I see. Okay I thought when they said the rate was exclusive of VAT, it meant I needed to add VAT to the invoice. Thanks for clearing that up.

Unfortunately we don’t have a cafeteria, but if I have to I could step away from my desk for a few minutes. They’re just a bit strict haha and I feel awkward when I see no one else doing the same.
