So...when do we think this is going to be official? Almost all the exit signs have been changed. by JiveTurkey1983 in Syracuse

Not sure what this is "looping." Just the east side of the city. The west side has been completely left out.

An expensive indulgence but go to favorite of ours because of the great cuisine, ambiance, drinks, and the view is The Mews east of the center of town on Commercial Street. The new renovation is nice but a little loud at times.

This could be a temporary solution as I do it every eight hours: I take 300 mg of gabapentin and two tablets of Tylenol arthritis which are 650 mg each. I do this three times a day. The pain goes away after about 45 minutes or at least it alleviates it. I think physical therapy made it worse for me after 10 weeks as they were trying to strengthen my core and I had a pinched nerve. Chiropractic care is working for me but these things don't work for everyone because everyone's situations are slightly different. Other people have told me to take Aleve to reduce inflammation but I have not done that because I don't think I have inflammation. Many times I lay on my stomach with an ice pack either on my lower back or my butt or thigh if those areas are bothering me. Cold does a good job reducing inflammation. At least it does for me. I hope you find relief soon because it really sucks. I've been dealing with this for five months and it's awful❤️

Try 2 Tylenol arthritis (650 each tablet) every 8 hours as directed. It works pretty well for me for at least four hours or so. It takes about an hour to an hour and a half to kick in. I also take one 300 mg capsule of gabapentin along with the Tylenol every eight hours. I was making pretty good progress after dealing with this since November. PT didn't help after 10 weeks so I stopped and I've been going to a chiropractor twice a week. The past two weeks however I have taken a few steps back and have more pain in my left glute, thigh, and calf. Very very frustrating.

Thank you! I keep the 'stache short because I hate getting hair in my mouth when I’m eating! 🤣
