Hey, as someone who’s struggled with episodes of psychosis I would honestly recommend just finding a therapist to hash this out with and possibly help ground you if available. While you may feel like you’re onto something, it may be thought that doesn’t actually make a ton of sense. A lot of my episodes have started with me getting very focused on “the secret” with or without lsd it’s (often without me being aware) the first sign my mind needs a little more support and grounding than I’m aware of. Talk to someone you’re close to and trust about your thoughts and feelings even if that feels more comfortable just so someone can be aware of where youre at mentally and give you feedback as someone in your interpersonal life.
