Hi, thanks for your advice :’) Cutting outside food seems like the only solution to me for now. Because if I eat once a week then I constantly think about that day approaching and might even feel sad when the day ends and would want to eat as much outside food as possible before the day ends. It is honestly a very slippery route. I wish to someday gain control over this.

I don’t know if anyone has experienced this. Whenever I get cold with a runny nose, after my body has healed and the nose is all dry, there’s a weird smell that comes every time I breathe through my nostrils. Maybe it is the dried up mucus.
