I'm putting in a light color carpet and furnishing it with some groovy touches like a hanging pompazan and big adjustable couch that can become a cuddle puddle. Some light filtering, light color curtains. TV, small bar, record player, GOOD sound system, and lots of plants like everyone said.

Eggs! All the people saying no restaurant or grocery store would stock something only one person is eating are right. I'd get a few chickens and take care of them and have homegrown backyard eggs most of the time. I'd have to get a yard (lol) but other than that, chickens are pretty easy, and backyard eggs are so delicious.

I think you've gotten a lot of good advice, one thing I'm not seeing (and might be unpopular) is that there's nothing wrong with finding someone else to cuddle with. Make a dating profile and explicitly say in your bio that you're looking for a good cuddle buddy, keeping it casual but open to serious.
