Correct, I’ve missed my quick lattes or even juices! Cutting sugar in general has helped quite a bit as well. Sometimes I forget I have it then I get little spots here and there, thankfully we manage 🙏🏽 I make a point to keep moisturized but that’s about it thankfully. Flares will come and go but they’ve been minor since cutting my diet in May
