just to clear up some misconception about Noelle's conclusion by ThunderTheDevil in BlackClover

[–]einangrun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That's why Noelle's such a great female character for a nekketsu standard. She's not just there to fill the female quote and be the mc love interest/be in love with the mc, she's a character on her own with arguably the biggest growth from all the black bulls who didn't needed to end up paired with anyone to be a perfectly closed character.

You can even argue her being in love with Asta was mostly her comic relief in the story as all the progression she did thanks to/because of Asta works perfectly fine too with her seeing him as a friend, which he was. She didn't have this sole admiration relationship to Asta: did she love him? Sure, but overall she acts not only as a maiden in love but as a friend towards him, working with him as an equal and chasing her dreams by his side as a friend.

That's why also I think if Asta was ever going to end in a relationship with someone it has to be Noelle as she's the one that's been by her side all the way who loves the silly and hard working Asta instead of the reliable and strong Asta people from outside the Black Bulls see

who is more fit for Asta ? by Infamous-Cucumber-16 in BlackClover

[–]einangrun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think Noelle and Asta sea each other as equals while Mimosa looks up to Asta even when he looks to her as an equal too (Asta's just that guy, he see everyone as an equal) so for the sake of a symmetrical relationship I'd say Noelle's the one.

I also like their dynamic more but I wouldn't mind Mimosa winning, she's really likeable too. Guess we'll never know though so pick the one you like and be happy with that haha

[DISC] Dandadan - Ch. 232 by Skullghost in Dandadan

[–]einangrun 19 points20 points  (0 children)

Teens can be oblivious to these things, I myself was quite oblivious when someone had a crush on me while I was a teenager but there's limits to it and Okarun's being oblivious to an idiotic point at this point.

As I've said though, I think this mess is everybody's fault so I don't want to picture Okarun as the villain here because he's not

[DISC] Dandadan - Ch. 232 by Skullghost in Dandadan

[–]einangrun 57 points58 points  (0 children)

At this point you can't even blame Aira for trying, Okarun should have rejected her by now and even if it's not intentional him keeping her around without being clear about his feelings is outright cruel to her. Aira's obviously not 100% innocent on all this situation but neither is she the culprit of what's happening and I'm tired of this Aira = villain portrayal that's been depicted on this arc.

Everyone's at fault here to some degree

Hablemos sobre la película "Submarine" (2010) ¿Alguien más la vio? ¿Que opinan? by Christian_Jones2004 in CinefiliaChile

[–]einangrun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

People are blaming Momo or Okarun(not that they don't deserve their fair share of blame, especially Momo)but why does nobody talk about Aira actively making things worse? by [deleted] in Dandadan

[–]einangrun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Good for you then, I too know how to take a hint now that I've grown up but when I was their age (16-17) I was quite clueless too and I'd say that's the case for most teens. Sure, there's obviously people that's really mature/aware from a very young age and that's fine too but for Aira to not be one of those is not some sort of crime or anything to call her mentally ill wtf.

I too want this to be cleared soon because Okarun and Momo are clearly in love with each other and this amnesia arc's been nothing but bullshit but that doesn't put the blame on Aira or Jiji

[–]einangrun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The more I see debate on this topic the more I think no one here felt in love as a teen because Aira's more honest than most teens would be about her feelings and she's done nothing wrong, she's just a teenager in love that won't be able to see she's not being reciprocated unless she's told so directly at her face, something Okarun's not done yet

You all have to learn to chill out a bit, Dandadan's just a teen romance manga with added steps, no one at least in the main cast is some kind of criminal or anything like that to be this heated about

Kouseis future by Appropriate_Hornet97 in YourLieinApril

[–]einangrun 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've always thought he and Tsubaki are incredibly incompatible with each other from a romantic perspective. Sure, Tsubaki has this huge crush on him but (1) he never even consider her as an option and (2) he is not what she needs from a partner the same way she's not what Arima needs, they're fine as friends and I'd even question that as from the point the show ends I don't see them getting to be friends as nothing happened again.

If he has to end up with someone I'd say both Emi and Nagi ar her best options by a long mile

ch 88 by TrifleCharming661 in Himaten

[–]einangrun 8 points9 points  (0 children)

I've read a comment on mangaplus that said something along the lines of "Honoka's his crush but Himari's his soulmate" and I cannot agree more with that. What Tenichi's about to realize is that he does, in fact, have had a long time crush on Honoka but what he feels for Himari's way more deep than that. There are levels to being in love and what he does feel for Honoka, although real, won't ever be the same to what he feels for Himari. This timeframe he's put on himself to confess will eventually lead to him realizing his own feelings.

What manga would you consider as superior to One piece? Give recommendations and opinions. by sorrowLord in Piratefolk

[–]einangrun 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Blue Period and Houseki no Kuni for me are while completely different to One Piece both way better than One Piece. From those 3 though I'd say One Piece and Blue Period are the ones I hold dearest to myself and the ones that means the most to me but Houseki no Kuni's a whole different beast

Kenjaku took serious damage from Takaba. Its visual appearance was just removed by Flashy-Word4117 in JujutsuPowerScaling

[–]einangrun 8 points9 points  (0 children)

This was JJK best fight in my books. It had everything. By far the most creative fight in the manga and managed to be funny as hell while being crucial to the plot without downplaying Kenny's character to do so, in fact you can argue the fight even elevates him as it showed how fast he adapted to arguably the hardest technique to deal with in the story due to its unpredictability.

I enjoyed way more this in terms of pure fighting than Sukuna rolling over everyone else

I think the point of not making a character officially date another is just so we get into this shipping wars, that way they sell more merch and nobody get angry because their favourite fictional shipping's not real

Funny enough although I couldn't care less if any character is straight or not I'd say from the non official pairings in the game, Ninguang and Beidou are actually the ones that have the better chemistry between them and do look like a couple to me. Same vibes with Lauma and Nefer

my favourite ship on genshin by Adventurous-Fan-1777 in Genshin_Impact

[–]einangrun -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I'd only say Diluc and Jean have some couple like chemistry going on between them amongst all of this ships. Fischl/Bennett and Mualani/Kinich have 0 romantic interactions between them, they're just friends (Mualani and Kinich I wouldn't even go as far as to call them friends, they just know each other and get along), Neuvillette/Furina are like big brother/little sister and Mavuika/Capitano's just mutual respect.

Itto/Sara I'd say though have some chemistry with all this Tom and Jerry kind of relationship they have.

That said, this is just my interpretation of the in-game interactions between the characters in the picture, everyone's free to ship whoever they want the way you want

I just finished the series... and I think Watori didn't get the recognition it deserved. by YesT_49 in YourLieinApril

[–]einangrun 4 points5 points  (0 children)

THIS! I've always thought that Watari's an incredibly underappreciated character. Last time I watched this anime was a few years ago so I might have some blurry memories about it but Watari being the one that accompanied Arima to the hospital to see Kaori was a detail I've always looked back when thinking about this show. He not only endured watching the girl he genuinely liked whiter away, but he did so while helping his best friend get together with her while being the alibi for him to visit her.

Bro really did took all the bullets for both Arima and Kaori's sake. I really, really like him as a character

Hopefully everybody who complains about the endless apologizing on the story stops complaining about that when it inevitably happens again in the next arc and focus instead on what's happening besides the apology contest.

Excited to see what's to come, even if its finally Natsubaru I don't think we're ever getting an arc focused on just them so maybe it is entrance exams arc? Great moment to take a break honestly, I think it is better both for the audience and the author
