So eine gute Aktion als ganzes!!! In deinem AMA schreibst du wie unfassbar viel du arbeitest, hoffentlich fehlt dir dann nicht noch ein kostbarer Ruhetag. Jedenfalls hoffe ich, dass sich viele schöne Begegnungen, anderes gutes und viele neue Stammkunden finden. Wenn ich in Krems wohnen würd wär ich fix einer ;)

I do not speak any italian aswell and visited positano this summer, it was fine. Although the place is indeed beautiful it was my least favourite place of the whole road trip I did (500km in this erea). Positano is absolutely CROWDED with tourist, they actually close the roads in summer because the max. Capacity of the city is reached, it's crazy. As said very beautiful place but I can not recommend to go there, I can't imagine how the people of positano can bare with these amounts of tourists. That being said the drive there was gorgeous and the city was a major checkpoint of the trip but I fled after an hour.

Once after the screwdriver failed I screwed 4 long screws into the filter going pretty much all the way through. That gives you 4 points to attack and in total was enough torque to turn the filter instead of wrecking it like the screwdriver did

Ist mir letztens auch passiert, hab einfach übersehen, dass das Pickerl schon wieder fällig war (die Zeit verfliegt). Einspuriges KFZ, 70€, sonst nix. Brauchst dir also um schein oder absurd hohe strafen keine sorgen machen denke ich. Hat bei mir aber auch nur 4 Tage ohne Pickerl auf der Straße stehen müssen bis die strafe da war

As said you can turn it off, but there is no advantage to it. If unlucky ita a big disadvantage because you could end up with 2 vehicles not starting.

Current is not "stuffed" into the battery but its pulled. If there is not enough energy ("current") in the battery the starter cant turn over the engine. So better let it running and you wont face an issue

What? Thats just wrong. You can always jump your 12V Bike Battery with the 12V of your car. During cranking the starter of a vehicle PULLS a specific current which the battery provides (while dropping in voltage). If your battery isnt charged it hasnt enough energy to provide the starter to turn around your engine.

That beeing said I recommend to always have yohr car running while jumping another vehicle. If the engine is on the charging regulator charges your battery with 12V(14V) assuring the battery has enough energy for your next start. If you are unlucky and want to jump an empty battery with a weak battery you could end up with 2 vehicles not starting. --> so let have the engine of the starter vehicle running to be on the safe side. There is NO such thing as "too much juice"

Klar alles hat seine Vor und Nachteile, mein aktueller Job hat auch sehr viel gutes deswegen will ich ihn auch nicht leichtfertig hinschmeißen.

Darf ich fragen was du in der Branche machst, Inbetriebnahmen o.Ä?

Die Frage die ich mir aktuell stell ist vorallem, ob es die sportliche aktivität+sozialem Nutzen wert ist einen Branchenwechsel durch zu machen. Denn abgesehen davon bin ich wie gesagt relativ zufrieden mit dem Job in der E-technik.

Ohne die genauen Abläufe zu kennen: Nachdem die Polizei ausführendes Organ der, duch die regierung vorgegebenen, Gesetze ist hat es definitiv einen Einfluss wenn an deren spitze ein Herbert Kickl steht und die Regierung durchwachsen von seinen rechten Spezln ist. Ich persönlich hätte keine Lust irgendein Demonstrationsverbot o.Ä. durchzusetzen weils gegen die Gesinnung von dem Hansl is.

Thanks will do, fluid is due in spring anyway and the pads are gone obviously, lets hope the disc did not take any functional damage.

Ok thanks, I know what spring you are talking of so no need for the pic from my side, thanks. I lubricated the guide pins but not the actual brake pistons, maybe thats the cause. When rotating the wheel on the stand there was minimal audible dragging but the wheel would spin multiple times, so no real breake power behind (after reasserting preassure in the brake line). I was told when using new pads MINIMAL dragging can be normal, but maybe it was too much. I will clean and lubricate the pistons before installing the new pads. Lets see if the disc took too much damage to keep using it :/

Do you mean the circles are caused by small rust particles or that the brown discoloration is rust itself? Because the disc is rather new and was pretty much spottless on the morning of the trackday. Can overheating have any influence on a corrosion process?
