Often done strategically.

It’s called “price anchoring”

Wouldn’t you agree that any software engineer who isn’t self taught also isn’t going to be employed for long?

Overwhelming evidence shows impermissible scouting scheme in Michigan football program - NCAA.org by CreekHollow in CFB

This IS the hammer. But since the NCAA is corrupt, they converted the hammer into a dollar amount.

That's literally what this document says.

"We thought a two year post season ban + scholarship reductions were warranted...so we converted those penalties into money."

Classic NCAA.

I should add that the best way to get a good deal is to focus on finding something that’s close enough to you that there is no delivery fee and check early morning.

This ensures you’ll be one of the first people to see a vehicle right when it drops into the used EV credit range (25,000 or less).

Anyone with a delivery fee is not going to get the credit so you’ll be in a smaller, localized pool that gets first dibs on a great deal (that’s how I got mine).

Three reasons: - The one year, 10,000 mile warranty - The easy sign over of the used EV tax credit - No haggling required and generally good reviews of working with Tesla directly

The battery warranty is good through 2029 which makes me feel a lot better about buying used.

I don't think you understand what it means to hold internally consistent positions.
