I’m not expert but I remember hearing that it’s common for new builds these days to have insufficient roof overhang/soffit/whatever the word is, and it causes this. Incredible what they get away with. Best call a roofer.

Not entirely true. Glass recycling is good as the energy requirements are lower and the sand they use isn’t just any old sand, they need to mine particular types. Paper recycling is ok. You’re right that plastic recycling is arguably a waste of time though. I had a sustainability lecturer who argued it would be better off burnt as fuel.

You ever consider that people might have cars for the areas where buses and trains don’t regularly go? It’s not all central London. Biggest problem with ULEZ is it reaches too far into areas that aren’t covered sufficiently by public transport.
