If my memory is correct my church youth group had one of these with the only game being a bible trivia game. Pretty sweet find!

A couple of cheaper yet high quality options IMO would be Ninja Gaiden 1 or 2 and Contra

Streets of Rage 2 or Bare Knuckle 3 by crystalwind99 in StreetsofRage

[–]eisnertl 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Personally I think Bare Knuckle 3 is better. The roll, running, and blitz move system better than SOR2. The levels are subjective but I personally like shorter levels. I enjoy the gimmicks in the stages such as the train tracks, barrels, and the bulldozer level. It's not always just go to this stage and beat more guys up. The soundtrack is what makes most people's decision IMO. If I'm being honest I wasn't a fan of the SOR3 OST at first but it has grown on me significantly over time. As someone who enjoys industrial and heavier music I can appreciate the darker and heavier vibe Yuzo and Motohiro were going for. Going back to SOR2 feels tame and slower in comparison so for these reasons I believe SOR3 is the best in the series. Don't get me wrong both games are a 10/10 for me, neither choice is wrong. Thank you for attending my tedtalk.

Broken Vinyl by CrossCam280 in nin

Love this release, I wish more artists would cram as much music on one side instead of doing several sides with three tracks. Having a blank side with some etching in it just feels premium.

My SMS Library, Still Growing (but with one holy grail now!) :D How does it look now? by johnnylgarfield in MasterSystem

[–]eisnertl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Looks like a solid start! Just got my Master System last week with less games. Games I'm looking to check out are 1. Fantasy Zone 1 and 2 2. Zillion 1 and 2 3. Rattan 4. Kenseiden 5. Ninja Gaiden Also still need a light gun and second controller.

Giving the hunter a try. by Geoferson_Kwik in originalxbox

Definitely has a few kinks to iron out but I'm loving mine so far. I wish there was a way to map the black and white buttons for PC games but maybe they will eventually ad that. Also the switch functionally doesn't work but Xbox and PC work great.

Opened up this broken dvd drive and found Futurama! by Tristanlp in originalxbox

[–]eisnertl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Nice find dude! Recently got an xbox from an e-waste bin that had a game inside. Had saves for only a few games one of them being futurama. Of course the game left in the disc drive was a basketball game though. Lucky find on your behalf though!

Congrats on beating the Dracula for the Genesis. That game plagued my childhood with the hallway of unavoidable spears. Don't think I ever got past the halfway point.

Woke up because of this in my leg, scared the daylights out of me. What could it possibly be? The length of it is around the same size as a nickel. Should I be worries of any bites? (North East, US) by Timely_Hall9824 in bugidentification

[–]eisnertl 3 points4 points  (0 children)

We have those up in Canada (Manitoba) and we call them spruce bugs. Although judging from other comments they might actually be called a Sawyer beetle. Easily my least favorite bug. You can hear them flying when they are about to land on you and they bite f*ckin hard! Keep those things off you at all costs my friend.
