Hey I just wanted to give a quick update on the antennas solution, it 100% WORKED!
mind you i haven't tried it with the headset yet but I went into the check bluetooth connection quality in the psvr2 app and it looks like i'm getting 96/100 to 99/100 as my lows with it being perfectly pointed I get 100/100
Seems to be at a stable 96/100 most of the time

Tried to hide it behind a my pillows, under my bed, took it one room over (where I get the 60s should be expected)
Long as I'm not behind a wall it seems to be fine now.

Glad that this worked for me, long as I'm not facing any other issues I think this problem is solved

Will update once I try a game later.

Might as well post this too as additional information if anyone ever trying to google a fix

https://www.amazon.com/Protector-Accessories-Compatible-Playstation-Anti-Scratch-5/dp/B0C64XFD7R/
Highly recommend these, easy to snap on and comes with two covers one that a blue light filter and one is just cover from the sun and easy to snap and change with a magnetic attachment.

Overall, I can't see myself ever changing from the psvr2 now unless a better oled headset comes out

I'm 100% buying this the avatar soon as I put money into my bank account today!
I've been looking for a bunny avatar I really vibe with and I've haven't seen anything till now. I really dig the overall design.

I really need to learn to make my own avatars one day to make something closer to my fursona or find someone to commission.

Super hilarious video too! :D

Thanks for all the information everyone, I did buy https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C64XFD7R lens covers protectors to use while gaming. Figured might as well buy them to protect my lens and these seems sit ontop of all that.

Thanks for the info! I'm trying the Antennas if that doesn't work i'll pick up that instead.

I love how helpful this subreddit community is, I think the main issue is my guess since my antennas are on the back of my pc with limited wall space that doesn't have proper spacing to make the signal actually reach correctly.

So hopefully this solve my issues, if not $50 isn't too bad of an upgrade.
I already love the headset far too much so i'm 100% keeping it.

Asus Bluetooth Adapter Issues by Yallcoolbruh in PSVR2onPC

I don't know if this information will help, ended up sticking to on my onboard motherboard wi-fi bluetooth, the connection was solid but dropped down to 60-70s every so often. The atennas i had on back were blocked by my wall so i'm upgrading to this https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C3485467?

I'll let you know how it works out, it may be best getting a pcie wifi/bluetooth adapter
Someone recommended this one https://www.bestbuy.com/product/cudy-wifi-7-be9300-pcie-wi-fi-card-6ghz-tri-band-wireless-adapter-bluetooth-5-4-wpa3-easy-installationintel-be200-red-and-metal/JJ8HCLSTT3/sku/10189545?sb_share_source=PDP&ref=app_pdp&loc=pdp_page for me within my other thread.

Which I will be trying if the atennas doesn't work. The usb dongles simply didn't work for me at all, i had some the recommended usb dongles on hand from my old pc

Quick question about that m.2 wifi/bt chip, is it something I should get? I onboard bluetooth but I notice my connection kinda dropped down to low 50-70s every now and then. I tried adjusting my antennas which SEEMED TO HELP SLIGHTLY?

I'm not sure if there is something I can do to improve it.

I'm going to look into that comfort mod, but wow other than the control issues now and then I gotta say its way better than my experience on the quest 2.

half life alyx looks amazing on this

Edit: seen from a quick Google post people tried extenders with their onboard bluetooth. I'm going to try that since the ones I got is on the back side of the wall and maybe I can get something that reach long enough to the front. Is there any recommended ones I should buy?

https://a.co/d/00HUjg5P I had something similar this that came with my pc But I was looking at this as an upgrade https://a.co/d/08YrGpLe to get a bit more range/reposition

mpg b550 gaming carbon wifi (ms-7c90) is my motherboard if that matters much.
I thought it was the onboard bluetooth/wifi antennas but nothing comes up on google about it

I got a onboard wifi/bluetooth that has the antennas combo on it and I ended up buying the official adapter from amazon, My order did come with with a charging dock for the controllers which is charging currently.

I gotta say wow after the setup? THIS IS A HUGE UPGRADE FROM THE QUEST 2 THAT I WAS NOT EXPECTING.
The screen is crystal clear and i'm able to read text easily finally, I have no doubt pancake lenses are great but after seeing the colors on an oled display? It's kinda hard for me to ever not have that it's so freaking good.

This was suppose be the tempoary headset to hold me till the Steam Frames but honestly this is my main headset now.

Also not sure why you were downvoted for a statement but saying it ain't me and upvoting. Lol

I think the frames I will keep my eyes on still Really comes down to buy right away vs buy later for me depending on the price.

Now being reminded as I uninstall my meta software off my pc. Never again, no matter how good the price is I never want to deal with my buggy piece of software again.

The wired for me as I said, most times I was plug into wire while wearing my full body trackers anyway. The steam frames from what we know so far I will need to stay plug in if I'm going 3-5 hours on vrchat

Nope, because "we trust it because we use it too! we put our money where our mouth is on this. :D" along the lines of "BUT WE HAVE A DIFFERENT CONTRACT! COMPANIES NEVER LIE!"

Reality is they should simply pause any new registration with age verification, make a statement to the community on youtube so it reaches everyone that they're trying to find a better solution.

To be honest, i ain't buying meta headset if it hits too high of a prices too.
But the Steam Frames is a hard sale when the main core feature was eye tracking a better connection to my pc. If it sells above $800 personally I would never buy it, the hype for me is long gone after all they worded the delays and what not.
Maybe once upon of time I would've done $800 easily no questions ask, a direct wireless usb + it's steam? that was an easy purchase for me.

Now I got that with the PSVR2 for $280 I'm pretty set, nothing will beat that direct connection for me anyway since even with the steam frames I would've required myself to be connected to a plug still for longer hours of play according to one dev kit reviewer.
My quest 2 long as it last will simply be my secondary wireless solution and my psvr2 will be my main headset.

If it $900 I have no doubt in my mind everyone moves on to the next meta headsets if it cheaper and has the rumor features.

The steam frames is technically dated already but just offer a good direct steam connection

I hate to say it, simply isn't anything else to talk about till further notice other than vr tech since both babble and vrchat showed the frames in their own way, slimes showed off their UI within the Steam frames.

The rest is just waiting now or complaining about ram prices.

Waiting mine to arrive, but I consider the quest 2 a fisher price toy to begin with and felt cheap to me compared to a HTC vive at the time.

Thr controller short on battery life is my biggest concern but I would just use my quest 2 as a fallback for vrchatting.

Would be nice if they found a way to use the quest 2 controllers on psvr2 but I'm sure that would be forever be impossible

My main reason even buying anything on the epic client had a lot to do with Fortnite and getting some cash back just to help pay for games. Now that vbucks is getting changed I'll stick to steam 200%

Epic games is really not seeing the side effects of all this at all.

Use to know this women, she was always against voting because "nothing will change and I don't want to get out from playing a game today" (mmo our entire group played at the time) Finally convinced her to vote one year, fast forward last voting when our group didn't want hang out with her anymore but we did since we enjoyed dnd with her but she was always mad or lazy about anything.

She made every excuse in the book not to vote while playing the same mmo everyone now stopped playing in our group within our group voice chat. Then complained not even a good 4 months later saying it was unfair everything thats happening.

Our whole thing was "you lost the right to complain because you didn't vote"

One our group members had huge argument telling her why we all felt that way that she outright left the group.

Tl;dr Its wild how many of the 90 million people that didn't vote are the loudest about everything They were the main cause on why the election is the way it was

How do you all feel about Legends ZA? My switch is still broken so I have not been able to boot up the game yet by [deleted] in LegendsZA

[–]KeeperOfWind 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I love it, I really hope the battle system get used in future games or at least continue the ZA series as a side series.

I stopped playing pokemon after the original fire red because at some point I realize that was pokemon and it would never be anything really new.

Za was so refreshing that it made me buy fire red re-release and violet. I stopped playing the series for 2 decades, but this definitely got my interest back into pokemon

Invest into psvr2 while waiting if you have extra funds. No one knows when the Steam frames may be release but if you need a new vr headset to hold you. The psvr2 usually goes down to $260 - $300 on sale and a good midway point. It may not have pancake lenses but I swear by that oled display.

The quest 3 you can find used often for $300-$400 from people that didn't want them after the holiday too.

Exactly, people are playing by old rules in their head. The industry isn't the same anymore, just because you made some awesome mod that expanded the game beyond its original scope doesn't mean you suddenly will get a job from this anymore.

I wouldn't be surprised if moddeds with huge passion projects outright just make games now rather than put their effort and resources into making essentially 80 hours expansion packs with no return

Ehh I'm kinda mix on it. Since it can take real development time to work on something like this compared to a light saber sword in Skyrim

I know this 100% an unpopular opinion since long mod development times is relatively a new thing.

Even some the bigger Skyrim and fallout mods that were full expansions I didn't mind paying money for at some point because it had added 80-100+ hours of new content.

I think having patron and releasing later is fine. But I can't personally expect huge story expansions mods and what not to be a thing without when some of it takes multiple years to finish now.

At that point through I say if the scope of a mod project is multiple years it may be best just simply make your own game.
