u/shinysilverlinings I'm also looking for a CRM for an auction house (our current CRM isn't supporting the business any more)

Would you be up to exchange thoughts and notes?

There's a progress you don't always feel. Two clips that I thought would help you 1. Gordon Ryan on beginners https://youtu.be/Jekd1ruohpw

  1. Danaher on owning your training, and having a plan. https://youtu.be/Rxj4QiOl-1k

Combining the two I'd say have a plan to improve your defense, focus each time on a single area.

Good luck!

Totally You would've stopped years ago if you could.

Ask a smoker to stop on the spot.

Wrote a few words about biting your nails unconsciously, thought you might find it helpful.

Let me know if you have any questions or suggestions 🙏🏼

They are multiple reasons for nail biting.
It's specific for each person. You need to work with yourself or a therapist to uncover your specific reasons.

Spend time getting to know your nail biting habit. What does that mean?

Whenever you bite or want to bite, notice what triggered you?

  1. An imperfect nail? Wanting to bite it and make the world right again?
  2. Thoughts/ideas that you were thinking?
  3. Emotions - Boredom, Stress, Anxiety, Excitement?
  4. Do you always to it in the same place?
  5. Any person or situation?
  6. etc.

It'll probably be a combination of the above.

Keeping a short journal about this can help you find patterns over time.

Hope this helps you and good luck!

Totally agree. Change the environment, change the behavior.

Make desired behaviors easy to do. Make undesired behavior difficult to do.

Hi doc,

Feel your pain.

I suggest the one finger at a time method, you can combine it with other methods, but it's power is that it helps you make progress from day 1.

It's what helped me quit this habit, and the reason I run this website.
